• Rates are based on specific unit (Lower or Upper level of Writer's Retreat) and number of guests including children
• Taxes (TOT and TBID) are additional
• Ask about Off-Season Rates (non-holiday, Sunday through Thursday nights, January through March and mid-October to mid-December)
• No indoor smoking; no pets; no motor homes or campers
• Firewood not provided for wood-burning fireplaces
• Not responsible for snow, road, weather & utilities
